We are in-network providers with the following insurance plans:

Billing

Although we may be considered in-network with your insurance carrier, this is not a guarantee of coverage or payment for our services.

All insurance claims are filed following treatment and are subject to review by your insurance carrier. We will submit a claim with your insurance carrier up to 2 times per appointment and any further insurance appeal is solely your responsibility unless a secondary source of payment is established. This includes, but is not limited to: insurance denial of coverage, policy deductibles, policy maximums, annual or lifetime benefits being exceeded, and not receiving payment within a reasonable amount of time even if you are in an appeals process with your insurance carrier.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for any appointment that is not kept. This amount will be charged for not canceling 24 hours in advance of your appointment. 


How do I know if my insurance will cover therapy?

Give us a call! We would be happy to verify your benefits for you. We also recommend that you call the customer service number on your insurance card and ask what your therapy benefits are for speech therapy and if there are any exclusions. Having therapy benefits does not necessarily mean a particular diagnosis will be covered. 


How Long Will We Need Therapy?

The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on many factors. We will review progress frequently and adjust goals as needed. Re-evaluations are completed on a regular basis so that you and your therapist can make informed decisions regarding therapy.
